UAE Ministry of Finance Announces Amendments to the VAT Executive Regulation

The UAE Ministry of Finance announced Cabinet Decision No. 149 of 2026 amending provisions of the VAT Executive Regulation. The amendments address medical products, employee accommodation, the Capital Assets Scheme, input tax apportionment, single composite supplies, and restrictions on input tax recovery for cash payments exceeding thresholds to be prescribed by a Ministerial Decision.
